Emma Hunter

Emma is a vibrant and supportive violin teacher with 5 years teaching and 20 years experience in the music industry. 

 

Beginning her classical training from the age of 5, she was the recipient of multiple scholarships and awards before completing her diploma at 16. Emma attended 5 Australian Youth Orchestra programs alongside countless masterclasses and professional bookings before she finished school. In 2016 she attended the Sydney Conservatorium of Music to study performance before deciding to take a break from music to travel the world. A year later, she found herself drawn back into music with a renewed passion and motivation to explore a range of genres including folk and pop both on stage and in the recording studio. Since then, Emma has been teaching across the Central Coast and Sydney with an emphasis on student-led learning, flexibility and fun! As she continues to work in the industry and study for her secondary teaching qualifications, Emma hopes to continue teaching students from all walks of life.From beginners to advanced AMEB training, HSC preparation and everything in between...
