Diane plays most woodwind instruments and has worked professionally as an orchestral clarinetist, doubling pit musician, session musician and touring musician. Diane has a vested interest in the growth of music in schools and in the wider community of the Central Coastand works closely with developing musicians. She is a conductor and instrumental teacher at Gosford High School, Avoca Beach Public School, Central Coast Grammar School and Knox Grammar School. Diane's students have performed in the prestigious HSC Encore series, received numerous other Encore nominations and acheived band 6 HSC results with many students from various schools.
